Exhibit Hall Booth

Diocesan Convention 2023 will be a two-day hybrid event at the Riverside Convention Center on Friday and Saturday, November 10 and 11.

The fee to be in the Exhibit Hall is $225 for the first table and $160 for every additional table. (If you are with a diocesan ministry, for example a Program Group, please email for special pricing information.)

  • Your reservation includes an 8’ table(s), tablecloth, 2 chairs, and access to an electrical outlet

  • All Exhibitors will be in the Raincross Ballroom (the main meeting will be in Ben H. Lewis Hall and Registration will be in the Upper Concourse - here is a picture of the Convention Center layout)

  • The Exhibit Hall will be open to guests from 9am to 7pm on Friday November 10, and 8am to 3pm on Saturday November 11. You can set up as early as Thursday afternoon.

  • There will be ample opportunity for delegates and guests to visit the Exhibit Hall. The building will open early on Friday morning for workshops and the business session will begin at 1pm. Convention will recess at 6pm for a complimentary hospitality reception and dinner at 7pm. There will also be other breaks during the agenda including a 90-minute lunch break Saturday.

  • There will be a complimentary hospitality reception on Friday after business recesses for the day, followed by a dinner and presentation at 7:30pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance here.

  • Ad space in the Convention booklet is available for purchase. Delegates and visitors will receive a printed and digital booklet; we will be displaying slides on the screen during breaks; ads will be published on the Episcopal News Update website between November 3 and November 17.
