Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles and St John Chrysostom Church stalwarts Loreen and Andy Guilford celebrated their 50th anniversary Thursday evening with family and friends, including daughters Colleen and Amanda and grandchildren John, Prudence, and Wren. The kids’ dads, Justin and Lee, were nearby but didn’t quite make the photo. Loreen is a veteran lay leader and the former Parish Council chair at St. John’s, Andy a retired U.S. District Court judge who now works as a legal mediator. Speaking of mediation, Loreen’s a Trojan, and Andy a Bruin, yet in Christ, nevertheless, they are a wonderful unity.
