Almighty God, whose son proclaimed that all would be one in you: Global crisis – climate change and pandemic; a war thousands of miles away that raises the price we pay for gasoline and bread – bespeaks creation’s interconnectedness. Wherever we are today, whatever we do, strengthen us to act in the spirit of mutuality, humility, and community, the gospel values Christ proclaimed when he came to save the world by making us one at last. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
