A group of us interfaith and ecumenical leaders have recommenced quarterly meetings with ICE’s field director, Thomas P. Giles, once deputy to his now retired predecessor, our Trump-era conversation partner David Marin. Most of our questions were about conditions and process at Adelanto Detention Center.
