International soccer fans won’t want to miss the March 7 Football Round Up set to feature veteran players and commentators Stuart Holden of Fox Sports and Robbie Earle of NBC, an evening in Century City benefiting the Neighborhood Youth Association, a diocesan institution specializing in college placement for low-income students.

“As the European football season nears its exciting conclusion, join us for an interactive and intimate evening round up of the Premier League and the Champions League with U.S. soccer broadcasting royalty,” say event organizers led by Adrian Fairbourn, member of the NYA board of trustees and parishioner of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Pacific Palisades.

Creative Artists Agency’s Ray Kurtzman Theater, 2000 Avenue of the Stars, Los Angeles, is the venue for the event beginning at 6:30 p.m. A full evening of entertainment, food and beverages await attendees making a $250-per-person charitable donation to NYA. Self-parking only is offered at $15 per car entering from Constellation Boulevard. Event tickets may be purchased online at www.nyayouth.org, and inquiries may be emailed to Fairbourn at adrian@exceptioncapital.com.

A question-and-answer session with Holden and Earle is the centerpiece of the program, which will be preceded and followed by food – including cuzza, a curry dish – and beverages. Catering donors include French purveyor Pernod Ricard.

The event is 100 percent in aid of NYA, a Venice-based nonsectarian program that has served Southland youth and families since 1906. More information is online at www.nyayouth.org.
