Bonds of fellowship and mutual trust painstakingly built up all year long at St. Paul’s Commons, Echo Park were quickly shattered today at our annual staff lunch and gift grab. Canon Serena Evans Beeks was back to oversee the festivities. In these photos, Canon Gail Urquidi, the Rev. Canon Melissa McCarthy and the Rev. Thomas Quijada-Discavage joyfully display gifts which they treasured and yet within moments were ruthlessly snatched by colleagues. And you know what? We’re doing it again next year!
