The Bishop Coadjutor Search Committee that will nominate candidates for election in 2025 as successor to Bishop Diocesan John Harvey Taylor upon his 2026 retirement held its first retreat meeting Nov. 23 and released a Dec. 17 letter noting progress and next steps.
Co-chairs Thomas Diaz, lay director of connection and care on staff at All Saints, Pasadena, and the Rev. KC Robertson, associate rector of St. Matthew’s, Pacific Palisades, noted in the letter “we are deeply encouraged by the dedication and passion of our members, and we are confident that, with God’s guidance, our work will be carried out faithfully and with great care.”
