Gracious God, in these troubled times, we give you thanks for all the rectors, vicars, and priests in charge in congregations in the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles, especially the Rev. Dr. Cindy Voien, whose COVID-delayed service of institution as rector of St. Joseph’s Episcopal Church, Buena Park will at long last take place today at 2 p.m. May our joy we experience as we celebrate her ministry empower us all in the work we do in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
