A staycation week ended today as Kathy; Michelle and Dan; Frannie (on the edge of seven), Meaghan, PJ, and Walter; and Lindsay and I gathered in our accustomed spot (missing Valerie, Mark, and Harriet). In the week to come, I’ll check in from the great Southwest, as far east as Santa Fe this year. It’s sad to hit the road without Outlaw Country’s Mojo Nixon, who has gone to be with Milhous.
