Delegates and clergy are expected to attend the pre-convention deanery assemblies, which will take place during the first three weekends of November. All other interested church members also are invited to attend. Delegates who can’t attend the meeting in their own deanery are welcome to select another meeting on the list.
One or more members of a team including the bishops, canon to the ordinary, chief financial officer and treasurer will attend each meeting. Deanery assembly dates are:
