HANDS TOGETHER – A CENTER FOR CHILDREN will celebrate its 20th anniversary on Sunday, Sept. 22, 3 – 6 p.m., with a fiesta at the Vanderlip Allen historic house at 655 W. Main Street, Tustin 92780.

The Rev. Brad Karelius, a founder of Hands Together, will be honored at the event, which also will feature music, food, and auction and prizes. Hands Together was founded in 1999 as a collaborative effort between the Episcopal Church of the Messiah, where Karelius was rector; the city of Santa Ana, which was working to decrease its high rate of poverty; St. Joseph’s Hospital and health system; and other organizations and businesses. Hundreds of at-risk children have received education and health services at Hands Together.

More about the center and registration for the fiesta are available here. Tickets are $100 per person; sponsorships are available.
