As is usually the case in the immediate aftermath of disasters, monetary gifts remain among the Episcopal Diocese of Hawai’i’s most urgent needs – second only to your prayers for those who are have been lost and those who wait in agony for news of the missing.

This word comes directly from the Rt. Rev. Robert F. Fitzpatrick, bishop diocesan, who says the diocese is coordinating all its relief efforts through A Cup of Cold Water Maui (ACCW), a separately incorporated subsidiary of the diocese that serves Maui’s housing insecure. You can make your gift through the ACCW website or through the Bishop’s Pastoral Fund. Put “fire relief” in the memo box.

ACCW will distribute these funds to agencies and groups giving aid on the ground.
