IRVINE: Part-time Assistant Priest. St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church is seeking a half-time priest with strong preaching, interpersonal, and collaborative skills. The ability to welcome new and diverse persons and to communicate with young people is essential. This person would assist with preaching, Christian formation, and would partner with our rector in supporting the ministries of our congregation. PASADENA: Part-Time Youth Associate, All Saints Church. Reports to director of Children, Youth, and Families. Hours: 12 hours/week, Sept 2025 through June 2026; Wednesdays and Sundays required (non-exempt position). Compensation: $20/hour. The ideal candidate will have a heart for serving youth, spiritual maturity, a commitment to continual spiritual and personal development, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of youth in our community. SAN MARINO: Nursery School Director. St. Edmund’s Nursery School is seeking a new director to begin in late fall of 2025 or January 2026. The role requires a sensitive and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults. This person must have the personality and ability to provide leadership and stability for the program’s continuity. This person should assure good communication with the Church Clergy and Vestry and communicate the goals of the school to parents and the community. SANTA CLARITA: Organist/Pianist. St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church is seeking an organist/pianist skilled at playing service music in worship settings and well versed in a variety of musical genres to support the musical life of the congregation. A successful candidate will be familiar with the Episcopal liturgical tradition, will be a strong musical collaborator, will be self-motivated and will work collaboratively with the Music Director to grow and enhance the music ministry of St. Stephen’s. TUSTIN: Parish Administrator. St. Paul’s Episcopal Church is seeking a warm, efficient office administrator / operations manager. The position is scheduled for 32 hours per week. The administrator will supervise and schedule sextons, interact with organizations seeking to rent church space, help with logistics and scheduling for ministries, field inquiries about weddings and funerals, coordinates the parish calendar in concert with facility users, create rental agreements, serve as office administrator under the direction of the rector, and more. Applicants should have excellent written and spoken English, command of the Microsoft suite, a working knowledge of bookkeeping, organizational and time management skills, warmth, and a spirit of hospitality.
