God of wisdom and love, we offer you our thanks for Miriam Helene Edwards, Karen James, Jonathan Timothy Stoner, and Joshua Wong as they complete their courses of study and participate in commencement ceremonies this morning at Bloy House, The Episcopal Theological School at Los Angeles. As we give thanks as well for the life and witness of Thurgood Marshall, give us grace to behold you in the fullness of people’s diversity and potentiality.
