PAROCHIAL REPORTS are due annually on March 1. The online portal to file the 2025 Parochial Report is now open. Please reach out to swylie@ladiocese.org if you have any issues logging in. After you file your report, please upload a copy here that includes a completed signature page for the diocese’s records.

AUDITS: Financial audits are due to the Convention office annually by September 1. Please submit them here. Audits must include a certificate or report of the audit as well as the audited financials, including but not limited to the year-end balance sheet and profit & loss statements. (Diocesan C&C, Canon VI, section 6.02)
