Join us Friday and Saturday, November 8 & 9 at the Riverside Convention Center for the 129th annual meeting of Convention in the Diocese of Los Angeles. It is with great joy we welcome the Rev. Dr. Carter Heyward, one of the historic Philadelphia Eleven, as special guest and keynote speaker of this year’s Diocesan Convention!
Join us Friday, November 8 for a hospitality reception in the Upper Concourse followed by a banquet dinner in the Raincross Ballroom at 6:00 p.m. All are invited!
After dinner, there will be a screening of the Philadelphia Eleven film in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the ordination of the first eleven women in the Episcopal Church. Learn more here.
Entrées include a spring mix salad (with feta, cucumber, house dried tomatoes, and a blood orange vinaigrette), bread, coffee and tea service, and mango coconut cake (gluten-free) for dessert.
Seating will not be assigned. Please pick up your dinner tickets from the Information Table in the Upper Concourse on before dinner begins.
