Administrative reminders from the Convention Office
PAROCHIAL REPORTS are due annually on March 1. The online portal to file the 2025 Parochial Report is now closed. If you were not able to file your report online before the portal closed, please complete a PDF form and then upload a copy here that includes a completed signature page prior to May 1.

AUDITS: Financial audits are due to the Convention office annually by September 1. Please submit them here. Audits must include a certificate or report of the audit as well as the audited financials, including but not limited to the year-end balance sheet and profit & loss statements. (Diocesan C&C, Canon VI, section 6.02)
